Our Learning Community...
This coming week is spring conference time. Teachers have prepared report cards and work samples to give you insights into the progress your child is making. You can prepare by thinking of questions that may be relevant for you.
Here are some ideas...
May I tell you about some new things going on at home?
How is my child doing emotionally?
How is my child doing socially?
- What are my child’s academic strengths and weaknesses?
- Can you fill me in on a particular situation?
May I share a concern?
- Does my child need extra help in any areas?
How can I help at home to support what you’re doing in the classroom?
What’s the best way to communicate with you?
Conferences are one of the most useful tools that you have as parents and guardians to ensure your children are getting the most from their education. We appreciate your partnership as we work together to ensure all of our students experience success at school.
While you are on campus for conferences, we encourage you to stop by the Lost & Found to see if any of your child's lost items are there. Please check for your child's name or initials on the items as some things may look similar.
On Friday morning our auditorium will be open for parents, guardians, and caregivings to stop in for coffee at arrival time. PTA Board members and Mrs. Buell will be there to connect with those that stop by. Check out the flyer below for more information.
